Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. Because most Phoenix Rising offerings are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final unless otherwise specified for a particular product.

Product–Specific Refund Terms
Certain products and services may include their own refund - or revision - policies, which will be clearly stated:

• On the product sales page (e.g., Stripe or Gumroad Checkout).
• In the delivery email and/or buyer packet.
• When those product-specific terms apply, they will take precedence over the general policy on this page.
   

General Policy
Refunds - or revisions - are granted only in the following cases:

• A technical failure that prevents delivery or access to your purchase, and
• The issue is reported within the product’s stated refund window.
   

Revisions (#fix) are eligible when the original request was correct but the delivered output had omissions, formatting errors, misinterpretations, compliance issues, or minor quality defects, and the request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Default Terms (if no product-specific policy exists)
If no product-specific policy is provided, the default is:

• Refund - or revision - requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase/delivery (unless product-specific terms state otherwise).
• You must provide a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
• If approved, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
   

How to Request a Refund - or Revision
Submit your request via our Contact Form with:

1. Your order details (date and purchase method).
2. A description of the issue.
3. Any supporting examples or screenshots.
