• When using AI-powered tools such as CRT, any creative assets or prompts you submit through ChatGPT (OpenAI GPT-5) are processed directly by OpenAI. Phoenix Rising does not access, store, or control that information. Data entered in ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

Information Collected for Notary Services:

When scheduling or performing notary services, we may collect:

• name

• phone number

• email

• appointment location or meeting details

• document type or service requested

• uploaded documents (optional, for review prior to services and not retained after use)

• payment details if applicable

Signers must present valid government-issued photo identification at the appointment as required by California notary law. Identification is used solely for the purpose of performing the notarial act and maintaining required records.

Phoenix Rising does not retain copies of identification, unless required by law.
