When you purchase a Phoenix Rising product, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or business use as described on the product page.

AI-Powered Tools & Data Use
Certain Phoenix Rising products, including the CRT, operate using OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform (GPT-5).
All user inputs and creative data entered in ChatGPT are processed directly by OpenAI under their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Phoenix Rising does not access, store, or control this data.
By using CRT or any AI-powered feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
Refund & Revisions Policy
Refunds are provided according to our published Refund Policy or as required by law.
Each purchase includes one complimentary revision or re-run within seven (7) days to correct technical errors or misinterpretations.
Beyond that window, new or modified requests are considered separate services.

Notary & Apostille Services:
1. Appointment Requests
Submitting a request form does not guarantee appointment availability.
2. Identification Requirements
Signers must present valid government-issued ID as required by California law.
3. Document Responsibility
Clients must ensure documents are complete and ready for notarization.
4. No Legal Advice
Notaries cannot explain legal documents or provide legal advice.
5. Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply based on service location.
6. Apostille Services
We act only as a document courier or facilitator.
7. Completed Notarial Acts
Once a notarial act has been completed, statutory notary fees are non-refundable as permitted by California law.

The notary’s role is limited to verifying the identity of the signer and witnessing the signing of documents. Phoenix Rising does not provide legal advice, explain the contents or legal effect of documents, or assist in selecting or preparing legal documents unless specifically authorized by law.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legal validity of the documents presented for notarization.
Limitation of Liability
All products and services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Phoenix Rising Marketing & Entertainment, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use—or inability to use—our products or any AI-generated content.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from use of our tools.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
